FOUNDER & CEO
Susan Lew is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of S. Lew & Associates, Inc. where she focuses on the overall strategy of the firm. During her 40 year career in multifamily investments, she has overseen the acquisition of over $1 billion of institutional quality multifamily and commercial investments. She is intimately familiar with local markets, possesses key industry relationships and provides exceptional skills in contract negotiations, asset management and obtaining debt financing.

Jennifer Huynh is the President of S. Lew & Associates, Inc., where she oversees the firm’s daily operations and leads the execution of its strategic initiatives. In her role, she is also responsible for directing all aspects of the firm’s investment activities, including deal sourcing, underwriting, acquisition due diligence, asset management, and investor relations.
